At skinhealthandyou, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened condition.

Return Process

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

  Ship the Item

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service to the return address provided by our customer service team.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
